Dear friends, Fettuccine Alfredo is a very famous dish in the United States, but it can't be found in the menus of the Italian restaurants.
Despite this, Fettuccine Alfredo is a 100% Italian recipe, born in Rome in “via della Scrofa” and then changed by Americans.
